At OrderEase, we are dedicated to ensuring your confidentiality by protecting the personal and business information entrusted to us. What Information We Collect

Most of the information we collect is directly from you when you sign up for our service. When you request our services, we will ask you to provide only the information that enables us to complete your request or to provide better service. Information essential for fulfilling our services includes:

Information establishing your identity, such as your name, address, phone number, title, business phone number, and email address.

Information pertaining to business will include your business name, address, phone number, email address, and industry type. Providing us with your information is always your choice.

We use your personal and business information for the purposes to:

  1. Verify your identity;
  2. Provide you with the services requested;
  3. Communicate to you any benefit, feature and other information about services you have with us;
  4. Respond to any special needs or inquiries you may have;
  5. Manage our risks and operations;
  6. Process your payment, including recurring payment when you request them

OrderEase may use your personal information for secondary purposes such as:

  1. Telling you about special discounts or offers on OrderEase, system upgrades or new products and services.
  2. Inviting you to participate in customer surveys or other opinion-gathering devices.
  3. Providing you with special offers from other companies made available to OrderEase customers.
  4. Telling you about educational events, such as training seminars, conferences and online training sessions.

User Activity and Cookies

Device-Specific Data the following information may be collected through your device and browser:

  1. your device's IP address (collected and stored in an anonymised format)
  2. device screen size device type (unique device identifiers)
  3. and browser information geographic location (country only)
  4. preferred language used to display the web-page.

Log Data Our servers automatically record information which is created upon using Hotjar. Data includes:

  1. referring domain
  2. pages visited
  3. geographic location (country only)
  4. preferred language used to display the webpage
  5. date and time when website pages were accessed

OrderEase uses Aptrinsic to understand user’s behavior on our platform and to deliver training guides and support to each user. The privacy policy by Aptrinsic explains all the services in more detail.

Logged Data Collected includes

  1. IP address
  2. Device identifiers
  3. Web browser information
  4. Page view statistics
  5. Usage information ,including events that take place within the platform
  6. Log data (e.g. access times, hardware and software information)

We process Personal Data to operate, improve, understand and personalize our Services. For example, we use Personal Data to:

  1. Create and manage user profiles
  2. Communicate with you about the Services
  3. Contact you about Service announcements, updates or offers
  4. Provide support and assistance for the Services
  5. Personalize application content and communications based on your preferences
  6. Meet contract or legal obligations
  7. Respond to user inquiries
  8. Fulfill user requests
  9. Resolve disputes
  10. Protect against or deter fraudulent, illegal or harmful actions

Our Employees

For example, when you call us or email us, designated employees will access your information to verify that you are the account-holder and to assist you in fulfilling your requests. Unauthorized access to and/or disclosure of client information by an employee of OrderEase is strictly prohibited. All employees are required to maintain the confidentiality of client information at all times and failing to do so will result in appropriate disciplinary measures, which may include dismissal.

In the normal course of business, you receive periodic access to information in the form of transaction activity records, including account statements and order confirmations. If you want to verify the accuracy of other personal information we hold about you, you may submit a written request to our privacy officer noted above to obtain access to such information.
