THE CHALLENGE

As convenience became a new channel to the industry, Muskoka Brewery's team quickly found themselves buried in order processing. Orders were flowing in from the LCBO, but nothing about the process was connected or efficient. Orders had to be downloaded from GMS, reformatted, and uploaded into their internal systems manually. From there, the team still needed to transfer the data to TNG, their fulfillment partner, often by rekeying details by hand. It was an exhausting routine that consumed nearly three hours every single day. On top of the time drain, manual entry created risk for errors and pulled team members away from more strategic or customer-facing work. The more they grew, the harder it became to keep up.
