We are very excited to announce that we have partnered with GardenWorks! They recently signed on to simplify and streamline their ordering system and processes.
Earlier this year, they came to OrderEase looking for an ordering system to complement their wholesale website, and make things easier for their sales reps out on the road or on the floors of tradeshows.
While they are still in the early stages of working with OrderEase, GardenWorks’ Karen Alexander says they are already using it at tradeshows.
“It's got all of your customers in a database. It shows any past orders. If our reps want to know what someone ordered last spring, they pull it up and it's there. It shows you your daily sales, you can have the barcode and scan it. It's just very efficient.”
Ease-of-use and efficiency were at the top of their list for “must-haves” with their new system. However, Alexander added that integration with their existing systems was also of paramount importance.
“One of the biggest things was integration with our accounting system. Not that many people use Xero and it's not that easy to integrate with. And I have to say, Kyle, Rob and Trevor did a wonderful job.”
For those of you who haven’t used it yet, Xero is a cloud-based accounting system for small and midsize businesses (SMBs) in a wide variety of industries. This is one of many accounting systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools OrderEase is able to easily integrate with.
At OrderEase, we’re looking for partners, not just customers. We want to help you simply your ordering system and help you reach new customers for years to come. That’s why we take pride in the level of customer support we provide, during onboarding/training and every single day after that. Whether you’re looking to scale your business or expand into a new market, we’re here to help you every step of the way. Just let us know what you need.
We are thrilled to be working with GardenWorks and look forward to doing everything we can to exceed their expectations. Even though the seeds of this relationship were recently planted, we can hardly wait to see how things grow!
