How It Works

When you're processing a batch of orders — whether it's end-of-day fulfilment, a shipping run, or a status cleanup — updating them one at a time adds up fast. Bulk status updates let you select any number of orders and apply a new status across all of them at once, directly from the Orders page.

Things to Keep in Mind

You'll need the appropriate permissions to perform bulk status updates. If the option isn't visible, check with your account admin.
Filtering your order list before selecting is the fastest way to avoid accidentally including orders you didn't intend to update.
Double-check your selection before clicking Apply — bulk updates apply immediately and may not be easily reversible.
