KeHE EDI Integration
Preconfigured KeHE EDI Connection, Synced to Your ERP
KeHE requires its suppliers to trade by EDI, and every connection has to pass certification before the first live order. OrderEase's KeHE connection already runs in production, so your certification starts from documents that have passed once, and each order lands in your ERP with customer, SKU, price and quantity checked.
How to Meet KeHE's EDI Requirements
KeHE's EDI compliance program took effect July 1, 2026. Suppliers now return an 855 within 48 hours, an 856 for every shipment and an 810 for every invoice, with fees for anything missed. OrderEase maps each document to KeHE's spec, runs certification in a staging account, and pushes every order into your ERP without rekeying.

Supported KeHE EDI Documents:
- 850 – Purchase Order
- 855 – Purchase Order Acknowledgement
- 856 – Advance Ship Notice (ASN)
- 810 – Invoice
- 860 – Purchase Order Change
- 812 – Credit/Debit Adjustment
- 753 – Request for Routing Instructions (KeHE Pick Up)
* Additional documents can be added based on retailer or distributor requirements.

Why Suppliers Choose OrderEase for KeHE EDI Integration?
Certification Built on Real KeHE Requirements
KeHE's ASN certification needs product-level dimensions, lot numbers and expiry dates, plus KeHE's part numbers in your catalog. OrderEase configures those rules and runs certification in staging before anything reaches production.
One Connection for Every KeHE Distribution Center
KeHE orders bill to a parent account while each order carries its own ship-to distribution center. OrderEase manages those relationships under one EDI connection, so adding a distribution center never means adding a connection.
Lot and Expiry Data Where the ASN Needs It
KeHE uses ASN data for FSMA 204 traceability, so every 856 carries lot numbers and expiration dates. OrderEase tracks lot-level detail with best-before and do-not-ship dates, so the ship notice matches what left the warehouse.
KeHE EDI Capabilities
Validation Before Sending
OrderEase checks each 855, 856 and 810 for format and mapping problems before it reaches KeHE, so errors are caught before KeHE rejects the file.
ERP and 3PL Integration
KeHE documents flow into NetSuite, Odoo, QuickBooks, Sage, Acumatica and Dynamics GP, with shipping and 3PL systems connected on the same workflow.
Fewer Deductions
Checking price, quantity and item identifiers before the invoice goes out reduces the mismatches that come back as 812 credit memos and short payments.
